I’ve just set up a direct debit payment for our TV license via the web. Translating that for non-UK residents, I’ve just set up a bank payment for the funding that goes to the BBC. And worth every penny in my view for the website and Dr Who alone.

Normally government and financial sites are awful. This one was superb - 9/10. One point off since it showed my initials and my Dr title concatenated.

Quick, efficient, forms that automatically move to the next field, just about everything you don’t expect. Keep it up!
