According to IronPort Systems, part of Cisco, 83% of all e-mail is spam. That’s somewhere between 60bn and 150bn e-mails a day. Madness.

Anybody reading this will realise it’s my first post for some weeks. Nothing mysterious - just huge amounts of exciting work, plus some good weather, and back to school and University for my kids. No time left for blogging.
The statistics on abandoned blogs are quite amusing, and reminiscent of the “check back soon!” websites that popped up in 1999.
However, you’ve got to wonder about the people who spend their who lives blogging. Don’t they have day jobs, families or even interests beyond their blog? Or am I just being unkind?
